Working in partnership with Hereford City Council and The Rural Enabler, DB secured a planning permission on the site in 2011 for 8 properties to house local people. The difficulties again on this rural exception site was the storm water drainage. Sanctuary Housing Association acquired the site from DB Land and Planning.
