Lynch Road, Stroud
DB Land and Planning acquired the site via a tender process from the County Council and secured a planning permission on the site for 10 Properties. The legal transfer process has commenced with the land being sold to Fortis Housing Association.
DB Land and Planning have secured an option from the County Council to develop the site for affordable housing for local people in line with a local housing needs survey. A planning applications has been submitted on a cross subsidy basis to develop 8 affordable properties and 8 market sale properties.
DB Land and Planning purchased a parcel of land in Welland within the ANOB. Planning permission was secured at Appeal for 12 market sale properties and 12 affordable properties to be developed for local people. DB Land and Planning will develop these properties through DB Homes. The affordable units will be acquired by Fortis Housing Association. WEBSITE COMING SOON….
