Working with our Local Authority and Registered Provider partners a very clear understanding of their respective strategies has been and important part of our securing many urban sites.
These sites have delivered supported housing or the more traditional family housing.
Some of our sites have a commercial elements to them i. e. a Tesco Express, this in itself ensures that the costs of the housing scheme remains affordable.
