This site had been marketed for many years and been looked at by PLC’s as well as care home providers, those that DB discussed the site with were concerned about the ANOB issues and did not think that a planning permission could be achieved so has not proceeded. DB Land and Planning Consultancy secured an option on this site in 2010 and submitted a planning application for 21 properties which was approved.

The site was submitted as a rural exception development to house local people and was in ANOB area close to Listed Building.

DB sold the land to Cottsway Housing Association.
