For the last few years Rural housing has been something we have concentrated our efforts on. Since conception we have secured planning permissions for over 300 homes.

We have very good links with the Rural Enablers and the Housing Enablers enabling us to bring forward the right sort of sites that support the strategy that the Local Authorities have in place meeting the needs of local people.
